This is a great opportunity for a Compliance Manager to join a Private Client, Corporate Services and Fund Administration company.


The main focus of this role involves advising and reporting to Key Business Partners on business issues and standards and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.


Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Providing advice and guidance to enable the business to operate efficiently and effectively in meeting its regulatory and legislative requirements, including attending to daily compliance queries.
  • Assist with the design, implementation and maintenance of the internal compliance manuals, policies, procedures and systems for the regulatory and anti-money laundering and countering of terrorist financing (“AML/CFT”) for client entities / licensees as requested.
  • Assist the Boards of client entities / licensees with the Operational Business Risk Assessment process to identify, assess and document new risks prevalent to the business.
  • Management of the maintenance of Compliance Registers as implemented from time to time.
