We have a great opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join an independent, owner-directed trust company.


Primary tasks will include


  • Maintaining and monitoring client screening systems and supporting records.
  • Drafting/reviewing updates to internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining internal compliance registers.
  • Assisting with data collection and population of GFSC data reporting.
  • Drafting PEP reviews.
  • Assist with collation of data for quarterly compliance reports for the Board.
  • Assisting administration teams with compliance related queries
  • Review of client data/records in line with existing policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with project work from time to time.
