We have a great opportunity for a Company Secretarial Officer to join a leading provider in Corporate and Fund services.


The main focus of this role is to carry out the company secretarial services for a range of companies to which the Group provides company secretarial services to.


Some of the main responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the administration of a range of entities across various corporate vehicles, investment holding companies and fund structuring entities.
  • Assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, obtaining directors availability, attending meetings and drafting minutes and resolutions for routine matters
  • Assist with incorporation of companies, annual validations and other ad hoc filings
  • Assist with setting up bank accounts
