We have a great opportunity available for a Company Secretarial Officer to join a leading fiduciary services provider in Guernsey.

 

Key duties will include:

  • To assist with the management of board and committee packs for the Group including uploading to Board Intelligence and storing on the Document Management System (Laserfiche)
  • To assist in minuting board and committee meetings for the Group in a comprehensive and timely manner and manage action points resulting from those meetings
  • To assist in the review and drafting of minutes and written resolutions for Client companies
  • To assist in maintaining the database for client companies including maintaining Directors and Share Registers
  • To support the administration teams in making submissions to the Guernsey Registry or Companies House and liaising the registered agents of the client companies registered in other jurisdictions
