Alexander Daniels Offshore is working with a business based in Guernsey to recruit a Client Services Manager.




  • Day-to-day management of relationships between the business and it’s clients and clients’ investors
  • The outsourced service provider in respect of the accounting and data processing functions
    • Compliance
    • Other service providers for the clients such as lawyers, auditors,
  • Ensuring client SLA targets are met; promotion of service excellence;
  • Coordination of external audit process for assigned funds and licensees;
    • Assistance with Client Relationship Management function, supporting the Associate Director. This will involve coordination of meetings and agendas, attendance at CRM meetings, dissemination of action points and meetings notes;
  • Overall responsibility for review of work performed by the
  • Responsible for billing and collection for team’s client portfolio and for monitoring records of time spent to identify patterns of workload and
  • Management and development of team members to perform a broad range of Corporate Secretarial duties such as co-ordination of quarterly board meetings, ad hoc board meetings and deal projects;
  • Provide Corporate Secretarial technical support to other Client Services Managers and team members;
  • Ensure KPI’s are adhered
  • Coaching and training of team members and maintenance of operational procedures manual;
  • Proactively build awareness of relevant legal or regulatory changes;
  • Identify areas to improve own knowledge and skills and actively seek assistance. Constantly review and, where necessary, re-prioritise own activities;
  • Attend seminars and workshops to enhance professional and technical knowledge. Ensure that this knowledge is shared to benefit staff as required.
  • Develop an awareness and ability to avert potential operational or regulatory compliance risk issues for both clients and the business. Respond promptly to risk review queries/action points;
  • Represent the team at quarterly board meetings;
  • Signatory responsibility in relation to client payments;
  • Client Directorship roles may be offered as part of this role;
  • Responsibility for ensuring adequate CDD is collated on potential investors, shareholders and directors and checklists completed for Compliance review.
