We have a great opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join a actuarial and consulting services company.


Key duties will include:

  • Being responsible for the day to day management of a team, including recruitment and performance management
  • Overseeing the member administration of local and international Pension Schemes ensuring all service levels are met
  • Promote best practice in member service, ensuring member retention and satisfaction
  • Liaise with clients and members on service issues and complaints
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all clients
