We have a great opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join a actuarial and consulting services company.
Key duties will include:
- Being responsible for the day to day management of a team, including recruitment and performance management
- Overseeing the member administration of local and international Pension Schemes ensuring all service levels are met
- Promote best practice in member service, ensuring member retention and satisfaction
- Liaise with clients and members on service issues and complaints
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all clients
