We have a great opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join a leading provider of pensions in Guernsey.
The main duties of this role surround the management of a team of Pensions Administrators with specific focus on member and client services taking responsibility for all member interaction on allocated pension schemes.
Some of these duties include:
- Being responsible for the day to day management of a team, including recruitment and performance management
- Overseeing the member administration of local and international Pension Schemes ensuring all service levels are met
- Promote best practice in member service, ensuring member retention and satisfaction
- Liaise with clients and members on service issues and complaints
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all clients
- Attending client meetings when required
