Alexander Daniels Offshore is working with a business based in Guernsey to recruit a Client Services Assistant Manager on a 12 month contract.

Responsibilities:

  • To act as a guardian of reputation for the business by being part of CST, which has the primary responsibility for the maintenance of overall relationships with the CROs.
  • To proactively look to step up and support senior management in the day to day running of the Department.
  • Following CST’s Policies and Procedures at all times
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements including the principles contained within the ‘GFSC Handbook on Countering Financial Crime and Terrorist Financing’
  • Managing the flow of email communications
  • Review and authorise all customer transactions routed through the Client Services team, to include:
    • Payments
    • Receipt of funds
    • Execution only trades
    • Portfolio contributions and withdrawals
    • Deposits
    • Foreign exchange transactions
    • Reviewing and authorizing direct debits and standing orders
    • Cheques
  • Static Data as requested by CROs including:
    • Change of Address
    • Change of Authorised Signatories
    • Change of Account holder
    • Change of Beneficial Owner
    • Account closures
    • Account opening
    • FATCA/CRS
  • Providing Account Statements
  • Communicating and writing to Clients
  • Completion of Bank References
  • Processing Credit Card applications
  • E-Banking
  • Undertaking other “ad hoc” duties as required including providing assistance to other areas of the Bank
