We have a great opportunity for a Client Relationship Executive , working for a leading provider of Wealth and Corporate Solutions.


Responsibilities in this role include:

› To work closely with Pricing to co-ordinate and prioritise rate reviews while monitoring loss ratio.
› To identify cross selling opportunities and generate sales leads based on a good understanding of the client’s needs.
› To monitor rate acceptance, discuss terms with the broker/client to conclude negotiations successfully.
› To attend client pitches as part of the rate review process
› To agree and negotiate client service level agreements
› To complete and respond on client requests for separate service agreements or due diligence questionnaires
› To successfully chase debts and refer problem cases as appropriate
› To monitor lost business and reason for cancellation
› To develop a client centric approach within the team
