We have a great opportunity for a Client Case Management Administrator to join a leading provider of insurance-based wealth solutions.
Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:
- Perform security calls and video calls for certification of document requirements and also as a fraud prevention
- Proactively support the reinstatement of a plan that has been dormant, ensuring the correct documentation is collected from our customer and monitor the end-to-end conclusion
- In conjunction with the team, proactively identify other opportunities to enhance customer retention
- Adhere to current customer service standards, prioritising workload and monitoring outstanding deliverables
