Alexander Daniels Offshore is working with a business based in Guernsey to recruit a Client Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- To provide assistance with the administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies.
- Responsible for updating accounting records (bookkeeping) in a timely manner.
- Responsible for posting and reconciling statements, investment portfolios, rental statements, etc.
- Responsible for the recording and reporting of chargeable time for the admin team to the Finance Team
- Responsible for fee collection and chasing/collection of debtors.
- Preparation of receipts, payment statements and asset statements.
- Liaise with beneficiaries, investment brokers, bankers, auditors, property advisers, agents, lawyers, etc.
- Prepare correspondence as required.
- Such other duties as the Head of Client Administration or Senior Client Administrator may at times reasonably require.
- Draft Trustee Resolutions and Company minutes
- Prepare Documents for signature by the Directors
- Prepare Payments
- Maintain information on appropriate computer systems
- Undertaking Ad-hoc Project related tasks and activities
- Adhere to the Company Policies and Procedures
- Preparation of Annual Reviews
- Responsible for compiling CDD packs
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of banking and investment procedures
- Knowledge of Trust and Company law requirements

- Needs to be a team player
- Must be able to adhere to deadlines
