Alexander Daniels Offshore is working with a business based in Guernsey to recruit a Client Administrator.




  • To provide assistance with the administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies.
  • Responsible for updating accounting records (bookkeeping) in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for posting and reconciling statements, investment portfolios, rental statements, etc.
  • Responsible for the recording and reporting of chargeable time for the admin team to the Finance Team
  • Responsible for fee collection and chasing/collection of debtors.
  • Preparation of receipts, payment statements and asset statements.
  • Liaise with beneficiaries, investment brokers, bankers, auditors, property advisers, agents, lawyers, etc.
  • Prepare correspondence as required.
  • Such other duties as the Head of Client Administration or Senior Client Administrator may at times reasonably require.
  • Draft Trustee Resolutions and Company minutes
  • Prepare Documents for signature by the Directors
  • Prepare Payments
  • Maintain information on appropriate computer systems
  • Undertaking Ad-hoc Project related tasks and activities
  • Adhere to the Company Policies and Procedures
  • Preparation of Annual Reviews
  • Responsible for compiling CDD packs


Skills and Experience:


  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of banking and investment procedures
  • Knowledge of Trust and Company law requirements
