We have a new opportunity for a Business Development Lead to join a leading insurance management company in Guernsey.

Key duties will include:

• Primary focus on achieving the new business annual target
• Lead proposal and bid processes for clients and prospects
• Provide leadership to the team responding to new business enquiries, allocate the appropriate staff to participate in initial calls
• Engage in client conversations to understand and uncover needs and influence decision making
• Anticipate and ensure all client needs are fully met by offering clients product and service solutions to
  grow
