• The candidate should be a high energy, self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills
• They should be a Team Player who embraces working in collaboration with others
• They will have good written and verbal communication skills as the role will involve significant customer contact.
• Ideally, they should be a committed Insurance Professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and relevant professional qualification (Cert CII or higher) or willing to study towards this.
