We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Vice President to join the Front Office Transformation team of an award-winning, private bank.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Driving change management and continuous improvement opportunities across the business.
• Motivate and support teams to embrace and participate in change initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Co-ordinate effective root cause analysis of client service issues and encourage the adoption of a ‘first time right’ approach.
• Support the analysis, research and shaping of strategic initiatives.
• Support the design and launch of new product or client segments through analysis, modelling, and testing.
