This is a great opportunity to join a Private Client, Corporate Services and Fund Administration company as an Assistant Client Accountant.



The post holder will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of financial statements in accordance with recognised GAAP and relevant reporting requirements
  • Supervising and reviewing the production of periodic management accounts, management reports
    and other reporting requirements from trial balances in accordance with agreed timetables. Assisting in preparation as required
  • Ensuring that all day to day matters required to be completed are performed in a timely and satisfactory manner including monitoring tasks
  • Providing advice and assistance to administration staff on accounting and bookkeeping matters
  • Providing accounting information and advice to Client Directors as required
  • Liaison with clients, including attendance at board meetings
  • Accurate time recording
  • Supporting the audit process to ensure the completion of milestones and deadlines
  • Maintaining and developing knowledge of private equity and fund accounting matters
  • Preparation/review of regulatory capital monitoring calculations
