We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Administrator / Administrator to join the Business Support team of an independent, global specialist in trust, corporate and fund services.
The main focus of this role is to provide assistance with office and facilities management matters, as well as supporting the client administration teams with other administrative and statutory tasks.
Some of the key duties include:
- Ensuring maintenance of monthly operational efficiency and productivity KPIs.
- Providing support to the front office teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Assisting with facilities matters for the office building.
- Assisting with deliveries and couriers to and from the Guernsey office.
- Assisting with processing incoming and outgoing post.
- Assisting with office filing and scanning.
