Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Secondary point of contact building long term relationships with B2B Customers.
• Assist in the processing orders for all B2B customers.
• Assist in the distribution and sending of Invoices.
• Support the Account Manager in setting up price lists.
• Support in setting up media codes.
• Assist the Account Manager in Creating credit memos.
• Sending correct batch certificates to Customers.
• Support the Account Manager to liaise with Finance for Credit checks.
