Responsibilities

• Review current processes and procedures System support and development and implementation, Project Management and Risk Oversight.
• Acts as a primary contact for partners to obtain clarification of problems and provides/coordinates corrective action to resolves issues.
• Coordinates provision of additional systems to existing staff as required.
• Provides technical guidance and support for a variety of projects and systems.
• Identifies and assesses skills and needs of staff to implement new system changes; facilitates the staff’s ability to cope with changes through training.
