We have a great opportunity for a Company Secretarial Administrator to join a leading provider of fund administration services in Guernsey.
Some of the key duties of this role include:
- Day-to-day Company Secretarial services to an allocated client base
- Arranging and attending client board meetings
- Taking minutes, transcribing to final format
- Maintenance of corporate records
- Maintaining corporate statutory reports
