We have a great opportunity for a Company Secretarial Administrator to join a leading provider of fund administration services in Guernsey.

 

Some of the key duties of this role include:

  • Day-to-day Company Secretarial services to an allocated client base
  • Arranging and attending client board meetings
  • Taking minutes, transcribing to final format
  • Maintenance of corporate records
  • Maintaining corporate statutory reports
