We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join a leading, private bank in Guernsey.


The main focus of this role is to provide high quality, efficient administrative support to the Group’s Executive Committee along with support to various Bank departments.


Some of the key duties include:

  • Assisting with diary management, preparation for meetings, workflow support and travel planning
  • Co-ordinate business travel for various staff members
  • Provide administrative support as necessary for both external and internal meetings
  • Assist in co-ordinating attendance to ad-hoc in-house presentations
  • Assist in preparing agendas and taking and typing up of minutes from internal committees and meetings where required
