We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join a leading offshore law firm in Guernsey.
Key duties will include:
- Diary management, arrange and coordinate meetings, conference calls and appointments
- Travel management, planning and booking
- Typing of correspondence and formatting documentation
- Ensuring current files are kept up to date (including filing of emails and correspondence, photocopying and scanning) and closing matters when concluded
- Billing / Invoicing experience, preparation of invoices, sending out to the client and follow up of payments with clients
