We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join a well-established telecommunications business which operates across the Channel Islands.
- To work both independently and alongside various teams to provide a total solution for medium and large sized businesses.
- Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with key business customers, building trust in order for the business to become their supplier of choice.
- Identify and manage solution selling for wider business needs
- Discuss with customers on their short, mid and long term solutions to ensure the business provide the correct solutions
- Achieve and exceed personal targets, in addition to working with the rest of the team to achieve team targets.
- Manage the day-to-day running of business customers’ accounts.
- Play a key role in targeted sales campaigns.
