We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join a well-established telecommunications business which operates across the Channel Islands.

 

Key duties will include:

  • To work both independently and alongside various teams to provide technical solutions for business clients
  • Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with key business customers, building trust in order for the business to become supplier of choice
  • Take responsibility for the production of sales collateral associated with sales opportunities – e.g.  quotations, proposals, statements of work
  • Ensure CRM tool is updated regularly to reflect customer requirements accurately
  • Discuss with customers their short, mid and long term objectives to ensure the business provide the correct solutions
