Job Description

We have a new opportunity available for a Client Services Administrator to join a leading trust company.

 

  • Maintain good corporate governance practices for the portfolio of companies and trust clients
  • Prioritise and organise own workload in line with Policy and Procedures
  • Prioritise and handle client requests and queries in an efficient manner
  • Correspond and communicate with clients and intermediaries to obtain and relay information
  • Complete action points from client entity reviews
  • Review accounts, handle and clear any queries and ensure accuracy prior to presenting for signing
  • Ensure tax filings/reporting’s are completed within required timeframe
  • Arrange and review credit facilities and guarantees, ensuring the relevant transaction has a smooth completion and appropriate board
    minutes are prepared
  • Overseeing and administering the purchase and sale of property including liaison with solicitors and agents in order to progress the
    transaction efficiently and complete relevant entries/documentation
