06 Sep Alexander Daniels Offshore is 2 today!

Where has the time gone?  It feels like only yesterday we were starting out, in our tiny two-desk office, with a handful of clients and candidates – now look at us!

We’ve expanded the Guernsey office and we are now super excited to see the Jersey office grow in the same way!

Fly Away…

We kept hitting those targets in 2017 – and were lucky enough to join the extended Alexander Daniels team on an amazing trip to Barcelona!  We met up with the Global Division and had a lovely time in the sun!

Christmas and Winter Conference time…

In the same fashion as last year, we packed our bags and headed to Birmingham to join the whole AD Group in our Christmas celebrations.

We weren’t in the Guernsey office long, before we headed back out for our annual Winter Conference – where we dressed up in army gear and hunted some zombies in a great, action-packed, team building day!

Fast forward to May 2018 when we were on our Summer Conference – this time, the Birmingham and Scotland offices came to Guernsey!  Once we’d caught up with the lives of our mainland colleagues and had an update on the business, we headed over to Herm for a night of food, music and camping.  With the sun coming out the next day, we got to show off the island beaches in style – the dolphins even joined us for the boat ride home!

ADOffshore Wedding…

June was a busy month for ADOffshore – and to kick it all off our Director, Andy Partlow got married! Andy and his new wife tied the knot in a stunning castle in Herefordshire.  It was a wonderful day; the sun was shining and everyone really enjoyed themselves.

Another Consultant joins the team…

We’ve added yet another Consultant to the team! Christine Bangor-Jones joined us in June this year, with over 17 years recruitment experience.  She hit the ground running and has slotted into the team perfectly.

2018 World Cup…

June also saw the start of the World Cup – and with England looking like they would go far, we hosted an event to watch the first England match at Urban Kitchen.   We ran a raffle on the night, which raised money for the Guernsey Soccer School – and throughout the whole event, we gave away 500 AD footballs.  Were you one of the lucky people to get a football?

ADOffshore Jersey begins…

Andy started building a client base for Jersey at the beginning of the year, so when Ruth Maskell joined the business in July, she was able to use her local recruitment experience to expand on all of Andy’s hard work.  We are now beginning to make waves across the waters!

We can’t believe just how much we have been able to achieve over this past year – and we couldn’t have done it without the help and support of our candidates and clients – so to you, we can only say a big THANK YOU!!

We can’t wait to see what happens in the next 12 months for Alexander Daniels Offshore!
