Christine recently joined Alexander Daniels Offshore, bringing with her over 17 years recruitment experience covering the finance sector, commercial and local government sectors, recruiting at all levels from graduate and intern recruitment through to executive level.

Having started in Graduate and Intern recruitment working for international banks specialising in Fixed Income, Equities, Middle Office and Corporate Finance, Christine moved to the Channel Islands in 2008. Since then, she has worked in HR and Recruitment roles at two major global banks as well as in the commercial sector, covering roles in Finance, Tax, Legal, Commercial and Supply Chain. Most recently, Christine was a Resourcing Partner at The States of Guernsey where she reviewed and implemented a new approach to their recruitment and attraction strategy and processes.
